In 2015 and 2016 Marwood purchased these two buildings respectively as part of an office portfolio acquisition in Mountain View. This site was an ideal TOD development being directly adjacent to the downtown Mountain View Caltrain Station. Both properties were zoned “by-right” at 4.0 FAR. In 2016 Ownership commenced an entitlement process asking for the demolition of the existing structures, and the “by-right” entitlement for the construction of one Class-A mixed-use office building of approximately 40,000 Square Feet.
Building is fully entitled as of Q4 2019 and construction is expected to commence in 2020/2021.
