Acquire urban in-fill projects and create value by obtaining entitlements and may also carry out the ground-up development with strategic partners.
CORE-PLUS ACQUISITION
Acquire core-plus assets that present an opportunity for moderate value enhancement over the intermediate term and generate attractive returns on a risk-adjusted basis in the long term.
OPPORTUNITY ZONE PROJECTS
Acquire and invest in projects located in Opportunity Zones both as a sponsor or co-sponsor and partner with a network of high net worth and institutional investment partners to achieve long term tax advantaged wealth creation.
