Museum Place
The City of San Jose issued an RFQ for the redevelopment of the Parkside Hall and Expansion of the Tech Museum. Because of Ownership’s expertise and track record of developing and owning properties in San Jose, they were invited by an international conglomerate to lead the RFQ response efforts and the development of the project.
EXECUTION
Ownership competed against a field of national developers and eventually won the RFQ and executed an Exclusive Negotiation Agreement with the City of San Jose. Ownership worked closely with the City on final design and was expecting to break ground on the project in 2018. Prior to groundbreaking, ownership transferred the development rights to a third-party development firm.
