DC Comstock is a 10 Megawatt data center development project located in data center alley in Santa Clara, California immediately adjacent to some of the best-known data center locations in the country. The property is currently a 50% vacant industrial structure and was acquired through a long-term option structure allowing entitlement processing to occur with minimal at-risk capital.
EXECUTION
Marwood partnered with Prime Data Centers to leverage Prime’s expertise in data center design and operations. Full entitlements were achieved in November 2019 and the $90 million construction project is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2020.
